Make Zu Online in your PC cinema-like

A few players have contacted us with problems regarding the picture quality in Zu Online-they find that the images are low quality and pixelated. However, this problem can be easily solved by amending your computer's configuration-see below for instructions.

Before you start to install the game, you should check your computer's configuration. Your computer needs to meet the following requirements in order to run the game:

Notes:
If your computer's specifications are higher than those listed above, then you will be able to enjoy better image quality and all features and functions of Zu Online. If your computer only meets the minimum requirements, we recommend that you set your computer to display graphics at a low resolution and turn off any special effects. Image quality should improve after changing these settings.
To make your Zu Online experience Cinema-Like for computers with lower specifications, you need to first double-click on the Zu Online icon. You can change the game's configuration through the in-game screen-let's take a look at these screenshots:

When you log into the game, click 'Options' (highlighted in red)

For computers with low specifications, select Multisampling: 24, Texture Detail: Medium and Anti-Aliasing: 2X

For computers with high specifications, select Multisampling: 32, Texture Detail: High and Anti-Aliasing: 4X

After this, click 'Start' to enter the game.

Zu Online is a 3D online game. Characters appear like cartoons in 3D, but this feature can be turned off if your computer is running on lower specifications or if you just prefer not to use this feature.

Whilst in the game, press ESC to display the system settings interface. Click 'System Settings':

Select the 'Video' tab. For computers with lower specifications, you can uncheck the boxes for 'Scene Details' and 'Fog', and also turn off 'Cartoon Lightshadow'.
Even for computers with higher specifications, these functions can sometimes take up a large amount of memory, so you may also want to disable these features.

Return to the game and you should find that the quality of the images and game-play has really improved significantly.
