When you reach level 10, you can get a spell book from a Junior Spell Envoy (Press B key to open your backpack and then right click on the spell book to learn the spell).The Warehouse Rookie beside the Junior Spell Envoy will give a level 10 quest "Crasher 1" which asks you to get a magical tool from Bronzeman for Yanq.
